Crafts Vendors

Craft Booths in Day.JPG

One of the highlights of our festival environment is the Crafts Village located in the Kennedy Outdoor Theater. Each year, artisans from all over the country set up booths to sell everything from fine art to hats to clothing to yard art to pottery to silver to beaded jewelry. The Crafts Village is open from 6 p.m. to closing (about midnight) on each of the 10 Main-Stage Performance Nights during the 18-day festival. In 2018 these dates will be:

Thur, May 24 - Sun, May 27 (4 nights)

Fri, June 1 - Sun, June 3 (3 nights)

Fri, June 8 - Sun, June 10 (3 nights)

Booths are either 8’x8’ ($450) or 10’x10’ ($550). All booths are equipped with lighting and have (110 volt) electrical service. The booths are of “pole barn” construction with tin roof and wooden deck floors.

Our artisan selections are juried. We prefer to have vendors who hand craft their own products. We tend to limit the number of jewelry and imported product vendors. Massage therapists, healers, etc are welcome, but we only allow a couple of these to set up for each festival. We do not want vendors to sell drug paraphernalia, or cheap imported trinkets and toys (hand made toys are acceptable). You can sell incense or similar products, but the burning of incense or smudge sticks in the Crafts Village is discouraged (please see the Craft Village Rules and Policies page for details and clarification).

If you have additional questions or if you would like a crafts form mailed to you, contact the Festival office at (830) 257-3600.
