Texas Craft Beer Seminar

Texas IPA's - "If You're HOPPY and You Know It!"
“Hop Heads Rejoice,” giving attendees the opportunity to fall in love with these complex, aromatic beers. Not always associated with food pairings, this experience will highlight the versatility of IPA’s and how they can be an excellent culinary alternative to wine. During the two-hour seminar, brew masters from select Texas breweries like Pedernales Brewery, Real Ale Brewery, Independence Brewing, and Kerrville’s own Pint & Plow Brewing Company will serve samples of their beers paired with specially selected bites of complimentary food items. Paid registration includes a souvenir beer tasting glass. Pairings are listed below (keep in mind that the wine and food items are sample portions only - not a meal.
